Presentation Description: Keeping in mind the student benefits of study abroad, this session will share insights and strategies to strengthen student awareness of and desire for study abroad on campus. Using case studies from Emerson College, we will review branding and narrative strategies, creative SEO tactics, social media engagement, targeted community outreach, and other effective methods of increasing participation. We will address increasing engagement among students of color, low income, and male students. Attendees will gain tactics for building a more inclusive campus culture for study abroad.
