Rachel Hollabaugh (she/her) is currently an Associate Director of Comprehensive (Immigratoin) Advising (DSO/ARO) in the Office of Global Services at Northeastern University.

Rachel has been an active member of NAFSA since 2019. She has served as a member leader of the International Student & Scholar Regulatory Practice Committee (ISS RP), presented and organized regulatory and agency sessions at regional and annual NAFSA conferences, and is an active member of NAFSA Trainer Corps.

Rachel earned an M.A. in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in 2019, and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Kyrgyzstan.
