Rachel Louis has served as the Associate Director of the Williams College Center for Development Economics since 2008. She focuses on recruiting students from developing countries for the ten-month MA in Policy Economics program, and is a member of the advising team for enrolled students.
Rachel holds a BA in International Studies from Kenyon College, an MA in International Relations from Yale University, and a Master of Environmental Studies from the Yale School of the Environment. She is currently ABD in the Northeastern University EdD program. Her dissertation research focuses on improving the sense of belonging of international graduate students.
