Assistant Director, Education Abroad

Kaela Conroy is the Assistant Director, Education Abroad at Babson College. In this role Kaela works on program development and advises undergraduate and graduate students through the study abroad process. Kaela especially enjoys working with recent returnees.
Before Babson, Kaela worked for Boston University Study Abroad and, prior to that, in the Office of International Programs at Brown University. Conroy earned her MA in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute for International Studies and her BA in International Relations from Elon University. She studied abroad in Spain and Costa Rica and spent two years teaching abroad in Andalucía.
